Spoiler Alert: This episode contains spoilers for The Fantastic Four: First Steps.
Roget’s Thesaurus of English Words and Phrases has been working overtime as content creators around the globe seek alternate words for “fantastic” in their reviews, posts, and podcasts. But I’m a man of the people, and I’ll just say it like it is: this movie is “fantastic.” After being a successful comic book for over 60 years, Marvel’s first family finally has a film worthy of its legacy.
I’m joined by my dear friend and former podcasting partner, Casey Summers, to review it for a touch longer than an hour. During the show, we revive a lost segment from the Film Lovers Podcast (6:17), review The Odyssey teaser (17:45), and then deep-dive into Marvel Studios’ The Fantastic Four: First Steps (24:21). This episode is, for lack of a better word, terrific!
