I wanted some time talking to Bridget McNulty about her book ” The Grief Handbook”.
I have known Bridget and her family for a few years and it is so amazing to see people you know creating such beautiful work. The subject of grief has come up indirectly to me recently and I realised as a trauma body worker that I didn't know enough about it. So it was very interesting to listen to Bridget who was very open about her own experience loosing her mum.
So thanks again to Bridget for sharing her story.
