In this week's episode, we meet rockstar dad Paul Heels (speaking on behalf of Antony Rutherford). Antony is the 18 year old owner of Sweet, Savoury, Spreads by Rutherford – a unique microenterprise that makes baked goods! Each week Antony offers a Sweet, a Savoury and a Spread (able) good for sale, alongside his incredible support team and close community.
Listen as Paul discusses the strong perspective Antony has in his business, even wit his 2:1 support needs and non verbal communication. Just because you don't talk doesn't mean you don't have a strong voice and a point of view!
