Mindy Wade built the healthcare practice she needed and couldn’t find. She started as a Certified Nursing Assistant at nineteen, became the first in her family to graduate college, and spent two decades in cardiac critical care, Life Flight nursing, and hospice care. But it was her own experience with early menopause and the infertility it caused that changed everything — she found herself on the other side of the exam table, navigating a system that wasn’t built to actually hear or help women like her. She Co-founded Balanced Body Healthcare, built around the personalized, whole-person care she wished she’d had. In this episode, Mindy joins Try and Keep Up Podcast to talk about the moment her hardest personal chapter became the foundation of her life’s work — and why sometimes the thing that derails you is exactly what points you toward what you’re meant to build. If you’ve ever wondered whether your pain could become someone else’s roadmap, this conversation is proof that it can.
