Podcast Description

Rita Simons and Nicki Gregory’s unique take on adulting. These two women have seriously different energy! They have both been through all the trials and tribulations of divorce, raising crazy kids into crazy teenagers, hormonal problems, hysterectomies, HRT, family dramas, living with narcissists, boundary issues, ADHD, and 30 years each in the media industry with many stories to tell! These two ladies have spent their entire adult life trying to heal from their almost identical traumas, but they have done it in a side-splitting, unfiltered and unapologetic way, there is no room here for the softly soft approach. They have succeeded in finally finding their true selves, whilst laughing till they pee themselves (probably due to menopausal incontinence) and never taking their problems or themselves too seriously. If you want to heal but don’t want to feel like your head has been in a therapy blender for an hour…they’ve got your back. Also…you might pee your pants laughing, which is healing in itself. You’re welcome Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
