HALDI DOODH RECIPIE
- Turmeric powder
- Fresh grated ginger
- Cinnamon
- Star anise and/or clove spice if you are feeling EXTRA
- Bring all these ingredients to boil in some water at high heat.
- Once its nice and hot add some milk, continue to heat gently at a lower temp.
- Remove off heat once its nice and golden.
Its best enjoyed when you know you are about to get SICK.
(No i don’t have proper measurements – like any good aunty i go by feel)
