This interview was done with the Head of Guidance at Orchard Park Secondary School, Sean Ferney, who has over a decade of experience leading a team of 5 counsellors, 1 CYW and 1 mental health nurse. his insight was valuable into the important role guidance consellors play as “agents” for our students.
