Susan - owner of Good Vibes Meditation created this podcast with her client and now close friend Cheryl. A relationship that was built through coaching, guidance, laughter and banter.
Susan is a business owner, creating Good Vibes Meditation through her own mental health journey and struggles and is now helping many other people in the same way. The basis for this podcast. A single Mum to a teenage daughter, an MS warrior, an advocate for men’s mental health and a person who wants to change the world. A woman who lives life on the edge and combats every challenge head on. Living life to the fullest.
Cheryl is a Mum to 2 boys, an ASN teacher and has recently set up a business that aims to support families with ASN children navigate the challenges they face within the education system. She is an aspiring writer, with her own blog, a brass bander - playing with Kinneil band in Bo’ness and is passionate about championing the neurodivergent community, raising awareness of mental health and supporting women and girls to achieve equality in all walks of life.
