Robert Ortiz Jr. is currently the Offensive Coordinator and Assistant Head Coach at Bradshaw Mountain High School in Arizona. He previously served as the OC at Arizona College Prep and Marcos De Niza HS in AZ. Prior to that, Robert served as the Head Football Coach at his high school alma mater, Mingus High School in AZ. Robert played football at Scottsdale Community college prior to playing and graduating from Delta State, where he was a wide receiver. After graduating from college, Coach Ortiz started his coaching career as the Wide Receivers coach at Mesa Community College in Arizona. He shares his insight about his mentors, mentoring younger coaches, putting family first and finding the balance as well as the importance of really developing a trusted relationship with those that he has served and continue to serve.
