Strap in guys. For the final ep of the 2025 season, I am bringing you my top tips for developing core confidence and being ‘that girl’.
Now, this is one of those conversations that might seem like we’re going to talk about your skincare routine but we’re going deeper. Because core confidence doesn’t come from anything outside you. It comes from going inwards.
Don’t get me wrong, I love getting dressed up and it always makes me feel amazing. BUT that is not where confidence comes from.
In this episode, I’m giving you my favourite hacks and frameworks for developing core confidence.
We touch on;
- The Emotional Reset framework (it’s working title). This is the pattern that everyone runs unconsciously and it will help you not take things personally when other people seem like they’re doing something to you. But also, it will help you understand why you get triggered
- The Survival to Thrive continuum. You’ll figure out where you are on the spectrum and why that makes a difference to your confidence
- Your body’s wisdom and your mind. How to connect them to each other and stop operating with internal chaos and conflict
- How to chill the eff out and why this is the key to confidence
