Mental Health Warrior & Neurospicy Mama
Mental Health Warrior & Neurospicy Mama
Podcast Description
Welcome to a safe space to talk about mental health and neurodivergence with someone who understands. I personally have bipolar disorder, ADHD and anxiety and suspect I have autism as well. I am a single mom to a teenage daughter who has AuDHD and anxiety. I strive to open up the discussion on these topics and erase the stigma that surrounds them. I also hope to let others know that there is always hope and they are not alone.
