In the absence of specialized training; time is required to acquire first-hand real-world knowledge and experience with the diverse challenges, needs and experiences these individuals present and what they are confronted with as they live their lives in their Self-Attributed Non-Conforming Gender roles. Transgender, Gender Diverse, Gender Non-Conforming, Gender Incongruent & Non-Binary individuals, their families, friends, schools, employers and social-networks will also benefit from the content of these Podcasts in-spite of the fact that the detailed medical and psychological content of these programs focuses on the continuing educational needs and requirements of the medical or behavioral healthcare professional.
