Black Butterfly/Black Pearls podcast with Adinah and Bridgett friends of over 45 years. Adinah is an author, marriage coach, retired Psychology Professor, a wife and a mom. Bridgett is a retired law professional, mom and total academic. On our podcast we talk about pop culture, self care, self love, how to recognize red flags in relationships, how to know when someone is gaslighting you, how to build self esteem, and many other topics. We add research to all of our topic and we just don't agree on everything. Join us where ever you get your podcasts.
