In this episode, I sit down with two sisters who moved to the United States from Uzbekistan and built successful careers side by side.Today, they work out of the same office—one as a real estate agent, and the other helping people with immigration paperwork, insurance applications and claims, and government assistance programs like Medicaid, WIC, and food stamps. On top of that, one of the sisters is currently in law school.We talk about what it’s really like to immigrate to the U.S., the challenges they faced early on, how family played a role in their success, and what it takes to build a business in a new country.
