Warsaw-based Agnieszka Janicka joins Magdalena Parkitna to talk about her journey to becoming the Managing Partner of Clifford Chance.

Agnieszka Janicka is the Managing Partner of the Warsaw office of Clifford Chance, the firm where she began her career in 1992. An accomplished corporate partner, she has been consistently recognised as a market leader by numerous legal directories. In 2018, she became the Office Managing Partner and has held the position ever since.
