In this episode, Elaine and Beth share how Transitional Pathways© came into being, how the work has changed through their own experiences with it, and why Reiki remains an energetic thread running through the practice—even though you don’t have to be a Reiki practitioner to begin.
We talk about the Meadow, the inner landscape, meditation for people who don’t necessarily “see” when they meditate, neurodivergent-friendly spiritual practices, and why we chose to make this work self-paced rather than trying to fit a deeply personal experience into a weekend class.
But underneath all of that is something even simpler: learning how to sit with yourself.
Not fixing. Not changing. Not looking outside yourself for someone else to tell you what your experience means.
Just witnessing, listening, exploring, and slowly discovering the sanctuary that already exists within you.
