Randeep boldly addresses the cultural and social paradigms in the motor trade and ethnic communities, breaking down the myths surrounding cars, careers, and cultural expectations.
*Rev It with Randeep* draws from her personal experience of going against the grain within her own culture to carve out a space in the motor trade. She has staked her claim to make a positive and disruptive change, encouraging ethnic communities, especially women, to take an interest and consider the motor trade as a viable career path.
She is on a mission to change how the motor trade is publicly perceived and to share her thriving journey of building confidence and resilience along the way.
Randeep is currently recognized as the only Sikh Indian woman running a garage workshop full-time and the only British Indian woman to become an MOT Tester!
With over 20 years of experience, she is passionate about empowering both motorists and women to enter and excel in the motor trade.
It begs the question—*we’re in 2025, so why is the motor trade still predominantly white and male?*
In this podcast, Randeep will speak with women who are smashing through the glass ceiling in the motor trade, tackle the skills shortage with guest speakers from the industry and beyond, and most importantly, explore the resistance from both sides—within the motor trade and ethnic communities.
