On this episode of The InterWorld Podcast, Yasha interviews Alyona Mindlin!First and foremost Alyona is a student of earth and the vast disciplines of consciousness. Professionally, she is an international yoga teacher and wellness visionary with 25 years of movement background.
Teaching creative alignment based flow, meditation and breathwork that inspire awareness, precision and connection to the heart, Alyona’s client roster is extensive. From Celebs to CEO’s of successful endeavors to kids, dancers and the elderly, Yoga is for all. She leads workshops, yoga teacher trainings and ceremonies weaving the ancient teachings of yoga, sound healing and nature. Her classes, sessions and trainings will inspire healing, joy, peaceful stillness, and a deeper appreciation for life. Her free time is spent supporting and learning from the Indigenous people, and playing instruments from all sacred traditions of the globe.
She studies sacred traditions of humanity with Maestro Manuel Rufino, and has a long list of yoga teachers that lit up her path, most recently Iyengar Senior Teacher, Nikki Costello. Kula Yoga Project, highly respected studio of New York, a place for teachers of teachers, and Golden Drum, place of Shamanic Sound and home to Indigenous Leaders were her home studios in NYC where she practiced, taught and saw private clients Pre Covid. Alyona has taught for 14 years predominatly in NYC. She has traveled to teach worldwide sharing workshops and guest teaching on teacher trainings when living in Tulum, Mexico, Spain, and Maui Hawaii.
