Gabe Crane is a life coach and spiritual guide with over 15 years of experience helping individuals develop successful lifestyles based in health, heart-based awareness, and connection to what truly matters. He holds graduate degrees in East-West Psychology and Conflict Resolution from CIIS and Columbia University and integrates depth psychology, somatic practice, and contemplative traditions into grounded, practical transformation.
His path has included years of travel and study across diverse cultures and spiritual traditions — but his most transformative work came in navigating his own divorce while becoming a father, a season marked by profound isolation, reckoning, and ultimately renewal.
Today, he works primarily with men in their 30s to 50s who are ready to move beyond survival and step into a life of integrity and action, guided by their true selves. Gabe lives in Maui and works with clients worldwide.
