Registered Nurse Janice Williams’ journey as a caregiving consultant and her work with family caregivers comes from a place of passion and personal experience, leading her to found Caregivers Respite and later pivot to JOW Consulting. Janice Williams is a Registered and Faith Community Nurse. This year she is celebrating her 30th year in nursing and 15th year working with Family Caregivers. She founded the non-profit Caregiver’s Respite in 2010-22, out of her own experience caring for her father. Janice is passionate about seeing family caregivers like herself succeed by becoming more informed and taking better care of themselves.
