Originally from New Zealand, his passion for movement and rehabilitation developed after sports injuries led him into physiotherapy. He combines mobility, corrective work, resistance training, and nutrition to help clients improve body composition, recovery, strength, posture, and long-term functional health. His clients have included professional athletes, celebrities, business leaders, and international public figures.
