Gut health is such a big topic at the moment. As we learn more about the gut, we are finding out more and more ways it plays such a big part in how a lot of systems work in our body, including the connection to our brain.
When Graham was about to emark on the biggest adventure of his life travelling Australia, he suddenly came down with stomach issues that never went away, and this was just the beginning of his journey navigating gut health issues whilst being a personal trainer and managing day to day life.
In this episode, we talk about grahams story, and he gives some practical tips and advice around nutrition and training for anybody suffering with Gut issues, and he covers things he does now to keep symptoms at bay.
