Love Your Work

Love Your Work
Podcast Description
Fascinating stories and valuable insights from locals in South Gippsland and Bass Coast.
Research shows people are happiest, more fulfilled in their work when it aligns with their personal values (the things most important to them).
Cathie Agg sets out to test this theory by interviewing locals from all walks of life - art directors, scuba divers, snake catchers to name a few. I ask: What's their all-time favourite job; and does it align with their values? Many of us haven't considered this.
Join me for great chats, and a reminder that our values can be a real guide to finding fulfilling work.
