He started as a teen real estate agent in San Jose, scaled by building a 25-VA engine, and became a Top 50 RE/MAX performer. Realizing his edge was team-building and systems, he launched Remote Leverage and grew from $50k to $450k/month in about 7–8 months by hiring higher-level talent, building SOPs, and installing manager-led teams.
