Susan Noh is a seasoned entrepreneur and real estate investor with over a decade of experience—and zero time spent as an employee. Since launching her first business with her husband in 2014, she’s built a diverse portfolio that includes rental properties, land development, Airbnb management, and creative financing. Now running three mostly automated companies, Susan focuses on connecting people and empowering others through education, mentorship, and community. She also serves as president of the Korean American Chamber of Commerce for Greater Philadelphia and a business advisor for the Overseas Agency of Korea.
