Philippe is a world authority in executive coaching, team coaching, and global leadership development. The author of two seminal books, Coaching Across Cultures and Global Coaching, he is considered the pioneer of intercultural and global coaching.
Philippe is based in Belgium but enjoys working with clients and partners internationally. He is a professor at the Kenichi Ohmae Graduate School of Business in Tokyo and is regularly invited to other academic institutions, including Harvard University and the University of Cambridge.
The first European to have been designated Master Certified Coach by the ICF, Philippe holds a Master of Science degree from Stanford University and has received numerous awards.
