What’s for Dinner
Molly: Chicken Sandwich Stuff
3 cans chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 sleeve saltine crackers
Parsley
Drain two cans of chicken and leave one with liquid. Heat all three cans over medium high heat until hot, breaking up chicken. Add soup and heat until bubbly, stirring frequently. Crush sleeve of crackers and stir into chicken. Heat on low, stirring occasionally, until combined, about 10 minutes. Top with parsley if desired. Serve on sandwiches or with crackers. (For a classic family meal, top with hot sauce and serve with iced tea.)
