Matt Lounsbury is the President of Proud Mary Coffee USA, one of the most exciting and significant global specialty coffee brands to emerge in the past few decades. A longtime resident of Portland, OR, Matt has been an influential figure in the local food & beverage scene since the early 2000s – most known for his role as the VP of Stumptown Coffee Roasters up until 2017, where he helped the company go from a relatively small, well-loved local coffee roaster to one of the most recognizable and impactful coffee companies in the US, with landmark cafés in major cities all across the country. As the Global Head of Brand for Proud Mary, Matt continues to oversee the operations of PMC’s cafés and roasteries in Austin and Portland, and helps Proud Mary continue to cement themselves as one of the standout “gold-standards” for incredible hospitality and uncompromising excellence in coffee today.
