Welcome to the Squint Podcast! We are thrilled today to welcome Dr. Catherine Clinton to the Squint Podcast. Dr. Catherine Clinton is a licensed naturopathic physician, educator, and author who has spent more than 18 years helping people understand health through a deeper quantum lens. Catherine has authored multiple articles published in peer-reviewed scientific journals and remains actively engaged in research-informed education. We were lucky enough to have Dr. Catherine Clinton as my teacher of quantum biology. She is a wonderful teacher as well as a wonderful person. She recently authored the book Optimize, which is a seven-step plan to health and longevity through quantum biology.
