Introducing Tully O’Connor- a committed husband and father that has a deep passion for helping people explore their potential and live free and fulfilling lives.
Through his coaching programs and retreats, Tully has helped hundreds of clients to cultivate more depth and purpose, create rich connected relationships and expand their influence as integrated leaders in all aspects of their lives.
He started his career working as a Physiotherapist in 2011 and learnt quickly that he had a curiosity and passion for helping people improve their mental and emotional wellbeing, not just the physical. After investing countless hours and tens of thousands of dollars exploring the areas of human movement, NLP, leadership development and peak performance, he found himself diving deep into the importance of emotional wellbeing. He worked closely with teachers in the fields of Tantra and Depth Psychology to gain a thorough understanding of how our unconscious emotional patterns drive our behaviour and therefore have a huge impact on our wellbeing. He is also a graduate of the world class Elementum Coaching Institute. He marries this deep work with practical approaches to helping his clients create meaningful change that lasts.
Known for his down-to-earth approach, Tully speaks about complex intimate issues with ease, clarity and humour. His unique ability to hold a deeply present and safe space allows him to facilitate powerful and meaningful transformation in both a 1-1 and group setting.
