Chris sits with me at the Marlow FM studio where he does his fitness show on a Tuesday Morning. He tells me his fitness story which I was shocked to learn doesn't start until age 50. Until then, he was overweight and inactive, eventually joining the gym after a reality check from a doctor. Gradually venturing from the treadmill and into the weights room, Chris caught the bug! This is where things took a new direction, eventually leading him to the stage of competitive bodybuilding.
