Dr. Bosco-Ruggiero is a social scientist, adjunct professor, and founder of Oasis Consulting. She holds a PhD in Social Work from Fordham University, an M.A. in Public Policy from the University of Delaware, and a B.A. in Political Science from Vassar College. Her main research interests include social policy, child welfare, mental health, and spiritually transformative experiences.
