This week I have my good friend Jessica joining us for a very special conversation. Jess and I met in college through mutual friends but our friendship really blossomed after college as we became working professionals. I have seen her move through multiple phases of her career, get married and grow her family to four with two amazing daughters.

Jess grew up as a Military kid moving around the country before coming to Nebraska for college. As a lover of language and story she studied English before getting a role with a technology start-up. Her passion for design and knowledge of technology drove her toward completing a masters in Human Computer interaction allowing her to take her interests and thing about how we design things for the person using them.

Jess and I talk about her life and a big decision she made in the spring of 2023 to go alcohol free. This choice has made positive impact on her life, social interactions, family life and so much more over the last three years. Her story is unique but is a great example of how we can choose the life we want to living.
