In this wide-ranging discussion, Braverman claims DEI initiatives have created a “two-tier state” and insists the problem is no longer isolated incidents but a systemic issue affecting opportunities, public services and trust in government. She also explains why Reform UK has pledged to repeal the Equality Act, arguing that it has fuelled the expansion of DEI policies throughout the country.
