Heal 2 Heal is a podcast that explores holistic healing methods that have the groundbreaking potential to transform the lives of both adults and children. All of the modalities unpacked share a common goal: to overcome physical, emotional, mental or spiritual hardships, in order to live a more joyful, authentic life. Host, Sally Janet de Gruchy, is an Energy Psychology Practitioner, former Primary School Teacher, children's wellbeing author, and founder of Daily Practise. Sally works with people of all ages - quite literally from 0-5 year olds at her monthly Music, Movement, & Mindfulness classes at the Randwick Library, to the elderly at an aged care centre in Queens Park with her monthly Sensory & Stretching class. For anyone in between, Sally runs daily livestream Moonflow and weekly SheFlows classes to help people align with the healing frequencies of the moon. In your typical Heal 2 Heal episode, Sally will interview a chosen healer about their craft, and then finish with a live demonstration. Sally's intention in producing this podcast is to provide a beacon of light for any souls out there who might be needing some gentle guidance.
