Episode 50 is here – and it comes with a confession I've been sitting with. After 5½ years of building, certifying, creating, and showing up week after week…I've made the difficult decision to press pause on Peace & Plenty in 20.
Not because I failed. Not because I quit. But because my body, my brain, and my life are LONGING for a different rhythm…and I finally decided to listen.
In this milestone episode, I'm getting completely real with you about the burnout I didn't want to admit, the guilt that almost changed my mind, the shame I had to name and reframe, and what it actually means to choose yourself without apologizing. I'm also sharing where I'm going next…somewhere quieter, slower, and a lot more me.
This one is for every woman who has kept going long past the point she should have stopped – because she didn't want to let anyone down.
P.S. Episode 49 is still coming. I'm just waiting on final approval. It'll be out of order, but it's coming. 😉
🔑 WHAT WE COVER:
🌿 Why pressing pause is NOT quitting – and how nature (specifically hibernation 🐻) models this beautifully
🌿 The guilt AND the shame that started to creep in, but how I reframed both
🌿 How Substack feels like the most honest version of what I want to create right now. Find me HERE: https://substack.com/jeanninemderamo
🌿 A reminder that there's a library of 50 episodes of Peace & Plenty in 20 for you!
👉 THIS WEEK'S ACTION STEP:
Ask yourself honestly: Is there any area of your life is asking you to slow down? Are you being really true to yourself and your priorities in this season of life (whatever that is for you)?
Take some intentional, invested time to sit with those questions and get really honest with yourself. Whatever it is that comes up…You're allowed to feel it and want it and restructure things. You really, truly are.❤️
Love you, friends. Cheers to living a balanced life of PEACE & PLENTY! 🥂
