So much of our healing journey depends on being witnessed—seen and heard—in safe, grace-filled community. In this episode, we explore why being known by others is not just a nice addition to recovery, but absolutely essential for uncovering the deeper “why” behind unwanted sexual behaviors.
Together, we’ll talk about how community helps us move past shame, discover the parts of ourselves that need love and compassion, and ultimately learn how to receive the love of Christ. As we practice being loved and loving others, we step into the heart of Jesus’ greatest commandment: “Love the Lord your God with all your heart… and love your neighbor as yourself” (Matthew 22:37–39).
