In this episode I discuss various methods of 'Peak week' The process bodybuilders go through in the final week before a competition in an attempt to enhance their overall package on stage. I also discuss the difficulties I faced in my last show unfortunately suffering a major bacterial infection in my stomach just three days out from the show, yet continued to do the competition against doctors recommendations.
