This week I’m joined by my friend Jessica, a dynamic fitness instructor who has built a strong platform both online and in the studio. Jessica has been in the fitness world for most of her life, and it shows through the knowledge, certifications, and creativity she brings into every class.
She teaches many different styles, from yoga to her signature pink chair HIIT class The Matrix. What makes her stand out is the way she blends strength, flexibility, and artistry.
