With over 20 years of cross-cultural ministry experience across Asia, the UK and the United States, including 15 years based in South Korea leading and training more than 1,000 people on over 50 trips across Asia, Eddie brings both deep biblical conviction and first-hand stories from some of the hardest places on earth to reach. He is also co-author of Awakened. Eddie shares how a series of small “yeses” to Jesus led a young man from Southern California who had never owned a passport to a lifetime of serving overseas. Together, he and Blessen explore what the Bible means by mission, who the unreached are and why they remain unreached, and the practical ways every believer, family and local church can play their part. It is a sobering conversation—around 40% of the world still has little or no access to the gospel—but it is also full of hope, because, as Eddie puts it, “we don’t fight for victory, we fight from victory.”
