On this episode i speak to Hyrox elite 15 athlete Jake dearden. Jake has managed to become one of the best hyrox athletes in the world and as well as being an elite 15 athlete he ran 2.28 at the Berlin marathon in 2024 and then went on to run 2.22 at the Houston marathon. This episode was just days before Jake attempted a sub 2.20 marathon at Houston. It’s great to see what jakes attitude and mindset is like and what makes him tick.
