Dear Bro, Sis, Fam —
When we started Bro You Good?, the mission was clear: give Black men a space to speak truth, heal, and grow without shame.
But healing doesn’t happen in isolation. And conversations about Black wellness, creativity, and culture don’t belong in boxes.
So starting this summer, we’re pivoting.
We’re expanding the table.
We’re removing the limits on who gets to show up and speak up.
🎙️ Expect more real conversations — with Black women, queer creatives, cultural critics, and community leaders.
🎬 Expect reflections on movies, media, and the madness of pop culture.
💭 Expect unfiltered truth — from every angle of Black life.
This is no longer just for the bros.
This is for the culture.
For the healing.
For the ones who’ve been left out of the story for too long.
We still gon’ ask, “Bro, you good?”
But now we’re asking everybody.
In this episode of Bro You Good?, we’re getting real — no filters, no fluff.
Into the Thick of It dives deep into what it really means to love yourself in a world that often tells you not to. We’re talking body shaming, dating as a thicker man, navigating self-image, dealing with rejection, and finding growth through it all. This conversation with members of Heavy Hitters Pride is raw, unfiltered, and necessary.
If you’ve ever questioned your worth, struggled with confidence, or wondered how to own every part of who you are — this one’s for you.
🎙️ Tap in, join the conversation, and let’s grow together.
