My Life in a Biscuit Tin
Podcast Description
From the midst of modern life, packed as it is with stuff and clutter, comes the flagship podcast from Britain’s biggest intergenerational lifestyle brand, Good Housekeeping. My Life in a Biscuit Tin asks brave and brilliant women (and a few men) to face the one big question: what’s worth keeping?
Good Housekeeping’s Liz Moseley asks guests including Sadie Frost, Sharleen Spiteri, Emma Barnett and Kelly Hoppen to bring along six of their most treasured and personal things to store carefully in a metaphorical biscuit tin for safekeeping at the back of the top shelf of the GH Kitchen pantry.

In a world packed with stuff and clutter, what’s worth keeping? Model, entrepreneur and author Jo Wood, shares her six personal picks with Good Housekeeping’s Liz Moseley. Jo Wood became a model after leaving school at 16, meeting her former husband, Rolling Stones guitarist Ronnie Wood, in her early twenties. She toured with the band for 30 years, working as Ronnie’s PA and styling him for photoshoots. In the nineties, Jo began exploring an organic lifestyle which eventually led to the launch of her own beauty brand, Jo Wood Organics in 2005. She has since become an author, documenting her rock and roll life as well as writing fiction. She now has 10 grandchildren. Over tea and her favourite biscuits, Jo shares the unusual birthday gift Keith Richards promised her, reveals the trinket which symbolises her supernatural interest, and explains why her grandchildren gave her the unusual nickname.
