In this episode, we’re delighted to welcome Jakub Bujakowski, aka Port Sleep. Jakub has been creating music under the Port Sleep alias since 2023, slowly but steadily building an impressive body of work. His latest release, As Long as This Warmth Remains, was released on Seil Records earlier this year to critical acclaim.
Our conversation spans a wide range of topics, including Jakub’s musical evolution — from his early involvement in rock bands as a teenager to his experiments with modular synthesis. We also discuss the meaning behind the Port Sleep project, as well as his experiences navigating music and fatherhood.
