🥇 Faster, higher, stronger. And suddenly, the podium. Heroes of a nation, they win their medals with sweat and tears and make the crowds dream. Then silence. What happens to our athletes at the end of their careers? For a long time, it was difficult for top sportsmen and women to change careers, apart from a few happy endings in the world of coaching or sports journalism, but the rules are changing. What new arrangements are possible and how are they being experienced on the ground?
