With more than two decades of industry experience, she blends expert healthcare policy knowledge with a passion for collaboration and continuous improvement, inspiring leaders to elevate patient care, operational performance, and organizational strategy.
Taya currently serves as CEO of Atlas * Perpetua Healthcare Consulting, where she helps organizations transform their RC, Compliance, and Operational excellence strategies. She is also a sought-after educator and professor, sharing her insights with future leaders and seasoned professionals alike. Tay holds an MBA from Creighton University and a Bachelor’s from Bellevue University. She is also a fellow and board-certified medical practice executive (FACMPE) and a Certified Medical Office Manager (CMOM).
