Along the way, he weathered economic crashes, personal tragedy, industry disruption, and built a nationally recognized recruiting firm that has placed professionals in more than 22 states.

Born in New Orleans and raised across the country in a Navy family, Jody became a Division I athlete at Tulane before launching his recruiting career in Fort Lauderdale in 1986.

After breaking away from a “morally bankrupt” corporate environment, he co-founded his own firm — surviving industry crashes, personal tragedy, and transformation — to build a lasting, partner-driven recruiting business.
