Oh hey! It’s been a while!!
In this VERY homegrown and raw “shorty” bonus episode, come along with me and my team “Born to Run 2.0” for Ragnar Race’s “Reach the Beach” (RTB) relay race. What a challenging and fun experience that I have been fortunate enough to participate in for several years. Here’s a little insider scoop of our sprint team this year.
This one is silly but also special to me for a few reasons, one of them being that it was my first road race back in 2 years, and for me and all that I have gone through in those two years, that’s a pretty big deal and it couldn’t be more fitting for the mission of this podcast.
Also, I believe this was my 7th, not 6th RTB :)
