Prepare for the ultimate deep dive!
Nate Eckert (@GQMiLB) and Michael Kelley (@MKelley_ND) invite Futures Focus host – and all-around great guy – Jeremy Mahy (@_JMahy_) back to the show to participate in the inaugural Five Percenters Club Challenge!!
All three name their all-world squads from the Minors, but with only one small caveat. Their teams must be comprised of players owned in 5% or less of all Fantrax leagues. Let that sink in.
Top-to-bottom, three teams, all of which, the players are owned in less that 5% of all Fantrax leagues. The players named – due to their excessively low ownership(s) – play contrarian to the unfair belief that ”if you're not owned, you're not good.” As our trio proves, the statement above has numerous exceptions – thirty-three to be exact (9 position players and 2 pitchers per team x 3).
Get those pens, pencils, and keyboards ready because, we're diving deep!!!
