Fuck yes is a mindset, filter a way of being. It’s about being intentional with who you, what you want, who you spend time with and what you do. It’s about choosing more of what feels good, what lights you up, brings joy or fulfilment. It’s about stripping back all the conditioning, the expectations, rules and obligations to do your life your way.
Hosted by Carli-Louan, a Life Coach, Hypnotherapist, Nutritional Therapist. I’m also an NLP, EFT and Reiki Practitioner,
This podcast takes you beyond the superficial diets, surface level solutions and empty self-help mantras.
Here, we break down the barriers of perfectionism, overthinking, and self-sabotage, and give you real, actionable tools to elevate your life.
We’ll talk mindset shifts, relationships, body transformation, radical self-love, and how to supercharge your confidence and self worth. It’s time to stop chasing skinny and start stepping into the sexy, magnetic powerful woman you were born to be—one who wakes up every day saying fuck yes to herself, her body, and her life.

In this episode I’m joined by the incredible Hannah B. Burton—nutritional therapist, NLP Master Practitioner, and menstrual cycle expert. Hannah shares her personal journey of discovering the importance of understanding and syncing with her menstrual cycle after years of being disconnected from her body.
Despite her knowledge and healthy lifestyle, Hannah faced a life-threatening wake-up call when she was hospitalised with an ovarian cyst and pelvic inflammatory disease. Looking back, she had ignored the warning signs—bloating, spotting, debilitating pain, and irregular cycles—believing they were just “part of being a woman.”
Determined to prevent other women from suffering in silence, she became a certified Menstrual Cycle Coach, training with the world’s first internationally recognised certification program.
Millions of women today have their hormonal health overlooked, misunderstood, and dismissed. The need for a holistic approach to women’s health has never been greater.
This is why Hannah is dedicated to breaking the silence around hormonal health and ensuring women have access to the knowledge they were never taught.
“My mission is to empower and educate women by providing them with the knowledge to navigate their hormones and the tools to optimise their body through nutrition, menstrual cycle syncing, and a positive mindset.”
Here’s what we cover:
- Why most women don’t know what “normal” is when it comes to their hormones
- The truth about tracking your menstrual cycle and why it’s the foundation of everything
- How to optimize your health and energy by syncing your food, lifestyle, and self-care to the phases of your cycle
- The impact of stress, toxins, and our “do it all” culture on women’s hormones
- Practical tips to reduce common PMS symptoms like mood swings, bloating, and cramps
- The power of mindset work in transforming your health and reclaiming your energy
Hannah’s holistic approach, the FEM Balance® Method combines food, emotions, and menstrual cycle awareness to help women go from surviving to thriving. She also shares her free cycle tracker resource and offers invaluable insights into creating your own modern-day “red tent rituals.”
This is a must-listen for any woman ready to take control of her hormones, reconnect with her body, and say f*ck yes to her health and well-being.
