Podcast Description
The GoodEnoughChats show features conversations between regular guys talking about their lived experiences of mental health.
Each episode features host Dan Bowsher talking to a different guest who has faced mental health challenges in the hope it can destigmatise these issues for other men.
The chats are unscripted but always based on the same five questions so guests can prepare as much as they want to. Guests volunteer themselves to come forward, and we're always interested to hear from people who feel they might be ready to share their story.
