Our first video podcast and the launch of Buildboard by Careerousity, where we use the Direction Mindset to productize ideas and turn them into real world ventures.
Our first episode in this series features Kashish Wadhwani — a 16-year-old founder who started with us a few months ago with a lot of confusion. Today, she's the founder of Thrive Minds Studio, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Like many students, Kashish started with multiple ideas, big ambitions, and no clear direction. Through Buildboard, we worked with her to decode her personality, structure her thinking, and translate her potential into a tangible startup.
What emerged wasn’t just an idea — but a clear, executable pathway built entirely using her natural gifts and core personality, backed by self-awareness and strategy.
At Careerousity, Buildboard is designed to do exactly this: move individuals (any age group!) from scattered ambition to structured execution. We don’t believe in waiting for the “right age” or the “perfect time.” We believe in building early, building right, and building with intent.
